How does the subscription work?
Pick a tier and frequency. We schedule your services in advance. Your card is charged each time we complete a service (or upfront if you choose annual pre-pay).
Can I cancel or change tiers?
Yes. Anytime. Cancel with no fee, or swap between Basic, Mid, and Elite whenever you like. Changes take effect on your next scheduled service.
Do I have to book each service?
No. We proactively schedule your next service based on your frequency. You'll get a reminder email with your appointment time, and can reschedule if needed.
What if my car needs extra work?
Subscriptions cover the scope listed for your tier. If your car needs something outside of that (e.g., paint correction, pet-hair extraction, ceramic coating), we'll give you a separate quote. Always with your approval first.
How does annual pre-pay work?
Pay for 12 months of monthly service (or 4 quarterly / 1 annual) upfront and save 10%. Best value for committed customers.
